Classical Political Philosophy in Popular Discourse combines two scientific paradigms --classical political philosophy and contemporary, empirical sociology. The chief aim of this unique scientific project is to explore, operationalize, and reconstruct a political doctrine appearing in social discourse, exemplified by Polish society.

Author Biography

Zbigniew Rau is professor of law at the University of Lódź and minister of foreign affairs of the Republic of Poland. Katarzyna M. Staszyńska is associate professor in the department of social sciences at Kozminski University. Maciej Chmieliński is professor of law and director of Alexis de Tocqueville Center for Political and Legal Thought at the University of Lódź. Krzysztof Zagórski is retired professor of sociology at Kozminski University
