Hall is Assistant Professor of Theology and Philosophy at Carroll College in Helena, Montana. He has contributed to a number of collected volumes--including an upcoming Festschrift for Ingolf Dalferth and \u003ci\u003eRorty and the Religious\u003c\/i\u003e (Cascade, 2012). \u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e Hartmut von Sass has a fixed-term full professorship in theological ethics at the University of Kiel and is Associate Fellow at the Collegium Helveticum in Zurich. He has edited a number of books: in English \u003ci\u003eThe Contemplative Spirit\u003c\/i\u003e (2010), and in \u003ci\u003eGerman Hermeneutics of Comparison\u003c\/i\u003e (2011) and \u003ci\u003eSilent Tropes\u003c\/i\u003e (2013).
