He was also Senior Economist in Charge, Standard and Poor, Middle East and Africa Division, and Senior Economist, Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Saudi Arabia. He is currently Member of the Editorial Board for the \u003cem\u003eInternational Journal of Decision Sciences\u003c\/em\u003e, \u003cem\u003eRisk and Management\u003c\/em\u003e, and previously the editor of \u003cem\u003eMiddle East and Africa Review\u003c\/em\u003e, 1986-88. \u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003e\u003c\/p\u003eVictoria Miroshnik is Associate Professor in Management, Tokyo International University, Japan.
