At that time the \u003cem\u003eSelf\u003c\/em\u003e holds only onto the Spinal Cord leaving \u003cem\u003eIda\u003c\/em\u003e and \u003cem\u003ePingala\u003c\/em\u003e whereupon the parts of the body up to the coccygeal center begin to levitate. \u003c\/li\u003e \u003cli\u003e Prana makes all beings tranquil by the practice of Kriya in this body. That is why it is called \u003cem\u003ePranava\u003c\/em\u003e. This very breath is spread over in all bodies.
