He served as Professor of Divinity at the University of Durham and wrote commentaries on the Acts of the Apostles, John, Romans, and 1 and 2 Corinthians. \u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e Fred Barrett (28 October 1880-25 December 1957) was a well-known United Methodist minister and evangelist, serving in many parts of England. \u003cp\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e Ben Witherington III is Amos professor of New Testament for Doctoral Studies at Asbury Theological Seminary and doctoral faculty at St. Andrews University.
