His books deal with Japanese, Korean, and Taiwanese management and innovation, and he has written extensively on East Asian business organizations, technological innovation, and other social science topics, such as comparison of democratization. \u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003e\u003c\/p\u003eHUN-JOON PARK is Professor and Associate Dean of Graduate School of Management at Yonsei University, Korea.
