Her research interests include consumer behaviour in the service industry, services marketing in telecommunications, and branding strategies. She is an active researcher who has published several articles in national and international journals and proceedings. \u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003eRatih Hendayani is Lecturer at the School of Economics and Business, Telkom University.
