He is a graduate of the Boston University School of Law, the University of Denver College of Law, the University of Colorado School of Public Affairs, and the University of Colorado. He was also a Graduate Fellow at Texas A\u0026amp;M University's School of Government and Public Service. \u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cbr\u003eErik served as the General Counsel for the Level 3 Foundation, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit corporation.
