Brendon Mokalapa, a South African poem writer, author, content teacher releases one of his glamorous writing about the life of some individuals he witnessed in Southern Africa. He titles this book Danny's Life Sentence, of which is about a boy in the suburb areas, 'Danny's life sentence' is a short story to teach about the facts of life, that sometimes we are punished for crimes we know none about them. In the story we find Tacky who was a very naughty guy as he was used to stealing from people in the community when he let his luck to a pit of dearth, he one day got beaten very vastly and from that time he even changed his name from Tacky-Danny. At first Danny, Justice, Bredley and Malleable grew separately but met in high school. In school they were trouble makers and smokers, they were brilliant in class and finished school at same. They had marks qualifying to be taken by bursaries but due to peer pressure they rejected any luck. They then called themselves the "TJBM"! They met with Wisdom when they were escaping from umphakathi one day, Wisdom offered them a hiding place then they lost the angry mob. Few weeks after they got chased by mob and sadly it got Tacky and taught him a lesson, Wisdom that time he was running with them, so he had no chance to help. Tacky left them and changed. They robbed a bank and as they ran they saw Danny and gave him a bag with money, Danny took the money to police. Later they killed a man and police investigated, then the enemy of Danny told police a lie that Danny is the killer, after the enemy set a trap for Danny while gone to church by putting the gun that they the "JBMW" gang threw away. Danny got arrested and sentenced to life-sentence from his home in position of a killing weapon. This story is an alert to people with gang friends and gangs. Change by yourself or be changed by consequences of your action.
