Dedicated to identifying the universal, core principles of FMA, "the best of," he worked to strip away sport-based elements, redundancy, artistic flourishes, and non-essential aspects, honing the combative essence of FMA. Those familiar with his work, across 14 countries and hundreds of cities where he has taught over the past 30 years, recognize him as an outstanding instructor and curriculum developer.
