Years ago, Sean Fister was just a regular golfer who could hit the ball long but wanted to hit it longer-and straighter. With tireless determination and ambition, he spent thousands of hours trying to figure out how to do so, focusing on everything from stance to contact to mindset. Twenty years later, "The Beast" is a multiple World Long Drive Champion celebrated throughout the golf world.
Now Fister has condensed the secrets of his years of practice and experience into this trusty guide that will transform your game. He shares with you his Ten Commandments of Distance: the me-
chanics of the tee height, clubhead speed, ball position, stance width, shoulder turn, balance, effort, and follow-through, all of which will make you hit the ball harder, drive the ball longer, and make all of your buddies and colleagues say,
"Man, you got all of that one."
Each chapter is packed with invaluable practical advice from the champion. He'll show you how you can fix your slice, use your tee to get the most out of every shot, stretch and train to get in shape for competition, choose the right equipment, and more. He'll also introduce you to fifteen drills that will improve and perfect your strength and swing speed. Dozens of photos are included to help you check your form and put the advice into action.
After sorting through hundreds of tips and techniques and determining which ones actually work and which don't, Fister has put together the best methods for driving the ball long. Whether you are looking to add a serious new dimension to your game or just stun your friends for fun, The Long Drive Bible will bring out the beast in your golf game.
