Ayodeji E. Oke is an Associate Professor and a Research Fellow at cidb Centre of Excellence and Sustainable Human Settlement and Construction Research Centre, University of Johannesburg, South Africa.

Clinton Ohis Aigbavboa is a Professor in the Department of Construction Management and Quantity Surveying and Director of the DSI/NRF Research Chair in Sustainable Construction Management in the Built Environment and the cidb Centre of Excellence and Sustainable Human Settlement and Construction Research Centre, University of Johannesburg, South Africa.

Opeoluwa I. Akinradewo is a Researcher and Senior Lecturer at the Department of Quantity Surveying and Construction Management, Faculty of Natural and Agricultural Sciences, University of the Free State, Bloemfontein, South Africa.

Pelumi E. Adetoro is a postgraduate student at the Malawi University of Business and Applied Sciences, Malawi.
