Christos Makropoulos is a Professor in the School of Civil Engineering of the National Technical University of Athens (NTUA), Greece, and the Director of NTUA's Laboratory of Applied Hydraulics.
John W. Davies is a Lecturer in Civil Engineering at the University of Plymouth, UK.
