Author Biography

At the young age of eleven years old, Sumeya E. Alington started off writing comic books in her bedroom to cure her own boredom. Slowly, that love for storytelling grew into writing short stories in magical settings. By the time she was seventeen, she started her Wattpad account and began posting on the site to share stories with the world. In 2015, Alington won a Watty Award for Ditching Greek for the New Adult Genre. Disarming Dakota, her debut novel, will be published by Wattpad Books in Spring 2022.
