After the cataclysmic world event known as The Fallout, society regresses into city-states and mobs of marauders. Dust covers the now lifeless world. A thick haze stretches above skyscrapers, transcending into an abyss of smoke.
Since The Fallout, a systematized group known as
Congress has taken over. They enforce strict laws, oppressive regimes, and strike down any rebellion which dare stand in the way of their perverted nationalism. They patrol the barren streets at dusk and
annihilate anyone they deem a threat to their crooked ideals or their sociopolitical power.
Mike, the son of a Congress Member, leaves home and meets up with
a group of orphans who've, too, been
abandoned by their elite Congress Member fathers. Together, they explore the wasteland of their destroyed city and scavenge for food, shelter, and anything that'll help them fight back against Congress. However,
trouble soon finds the orphans, and they quickly learn they can
trust no one, and their next day is never guaranteed.Read more in Victims: Part 1, to learn more about a group that bands together to
survive the twisted aftermath of a world gone cold.
