He was born in 1968 to American parents. His family travelled the world due to his father's job and eventually they settled in UK. James wrote for his school newspaper and later was chief editor for his university chronicle. James graduated with first class honours in marketing. For many years James worked in advertising in London but now works full time on his passion: his writing and publishing business. James has several successful fiction and non fiction titles and is always in the process of writing his next 3 books at once much to his wife's horror! James is also a much sought after speaker at writing events and online marketing conferences. He is married to Ellie and they live in London with their 3 sons Hamish, Jacob and Harrison, their 2 dogs and a goldfish.
