Author Biography
A modern quilt artist, pattern designer, and quilt educator, Laura is the owner and creative force behind Quilt Fort Company, boasts over 17k Instagram followers and is based in Colorado. Since making her first quilt as a teenager, her style has grown more experimental, and she now has over 20 years of quilting experience with a love of color and improv. As a quilt designer, she conducts quilting workshops and lectures both nationally and internationally. Her award-winning quilts have graced prestigious exhibitions, including the National Quilt Museum, Houston Quilt Festival, and QuiltCon.
