Carmen Daniels is young, independent and one year shy of her bachelor's. She has her whole life ahead of her. Then one day she meets Todd. Too good to be true, it's not long before he proposes and moves in. By the time the abuse has spiraled out of control, Carmen has lost her ideal job, her scholarship and, most of all, her freedom. But Todd sees to it that Carmen remains gainfully employed as of all things - a telemarketer. The job has one perk - make 90 days probation and she can relocate. To get her life back, Carmen works hard to maintain the needed quota, but working hard isn't enough when Joy, Todd's long time friend, works in the cubicle next to her. Between abuse at home and abuse on the job, 90 days probation takes on a new dimension as Carmen finds herself in an uphill battle that only gets worse with each passing day.
