by Stephen Cito (Author)
In A Healthy Diet for Your Mind and Soul, inspirational leader and author Stephen Cito delivers a powerful message to raise our self-awareness and direct us toward a more enriched life. Based on his true life experiences and through his mind and vision, the author illuminates an awareness within that improves how we live: a healthy lifestyle, both physically and mentally; the nourishment of our mind and soul; the joy of taking risks and trusting ourselves to move forward; learning to believe in ourselves and be positive about today...and our future. Cito reminds us that each of us is the result of a lifetime of experiences-whether at home, at school, in society, at work-and we can either use those experiences, good and bad, to define who we are and justify our behavior, or we can choose to take full responsibility and purify ourselves of that past. If there is one principal message in this enlightening book, it is this: we are all unique and deserving of a happy and fulfilling life.
