J Balogh has been in the testing industry for over ten years and currently owns and manages a consulting business dedicated to designing, developing, and accurately scoring quality tests. Previously at test development manager at Harcourt Assessment, Balogh has a Ph.D. from the University of California, San Diego, and has published numerous book chapters and articles in academic journals on educational and psychological measurement.
