Linda Fay is the Founding Director of Life-Pod CIC, helping people affected by hoarding disorder and other conditions that result in extreme clutter and disorganisation, and the Hoarding Academy, providing a certified learning pathway for professional practice in hoarding disorder. Linda is the first UK hoarding practitioner to hold Specialist Certificates in Chronic Disorganisation and Hoarding Disorder from the Institute of Challenging Disorganisation, USA.
