A Skunk's Tale is based off of a true story about five baby skunks that were living under my front porch without a mother. So that they could live, I became their rescuer. It is a story of adventure, compassion, trials, and love. The meaning behind it is very special. I call it a parable, an earthly story with a spiritual meaning. I became the skunk's rescuer, with an explanation of Jesus Christ as our rescuer, and how you can be rescued. Life stinks sometimes; even for a skunk...they got into some trouble, and caused some trouble for others. You will see in the story, or you can just ask our big black cat The illustrations are fun and colorful; they are what bring the story to life. I hope you enjoy reading it as much as I enjoyed living it, and writing it.
