Every shall church is in a lifetime battle in finding teachers to fill the need for Sunday School classes, small groups or home groups, then the battle is confounded with a responsibility to train the teacher to excel in service to the Lord. If God has called the teacher, and the church has recognized that call and assigns the teacher to a class, it is imperative that some training take place. This small book is far from an exhaustive teacher training program for the church, but it is a start, a beginning that can easily be built on and ultimately be the starting point for training up a servant teacher.

Author Biography

Dr. Kenneth R. Terry received his TH.D from Andersonville Theological Seminary, and has been a Pastor in small Southern Baptist Churches for over twenty years. Dr. Terry and his wife live in West Point California where he is the Pastor of the First Baptist Church of West Point, California.
