Author Biography

Fr. Owen is now a member of the Passionist Senior Care Community in Jamaica, New York. He is still active in the Catholic Pentecostal Movement and hopes to celebrate the fiftieth anniversary of the Charismatic Renewal with Pope Francis in Rome in 2017.
