There have been a number of Bible Study Methodologies throughout the years. This author prefers the Inductive Bible Study Method. This methodology is the same as the S(cripture) O(bservation) A(pplication) P(rayer) Bible Study (or S.O.A.P.) Methodology. For purposes of this study the author has opted to call the Bible study methodology utilized an Interactive Bible Study. Like the previously mentioned methodologies, all encourage the Bible reader to glean truths from Scripture by asking questions of the text.
