The story of the entire sitcom revolves around both of them. It encapsulates the struggles they face at high school and the challenges their life has to offer.

There are various other recurring characters, too, who add to the series in many ways. The main theme of the whole sitcom is high school stuff and how both of the girls balance their high school life with the challenges coming from the home.

The love stories in between the show drum up the interests of the teens. Talking of young adults, they are pretty much inspired by the parenting sense put forth by Lori Mendoza and Jennifer. All-inclusive, it is an incredible sitcom that makes us laugh in all ways possible.
