Ancient Travels chronicles the travels of Liu Bin and his student Pei Ke as they journey through China to Liu's ancestral home. On the journey Liu teaches his student the fundamentals of acupuncture and Chinese internal martial arts. Even though the format is a novel the story covers topics taught in beginning courses in acupuncture schools but told in a simple to learn format. Author Biography

Richard A. Peck, L.Ac., did his undergraduate work at Coe College and his graduate work at Case Western Reserve University. His initial studies in acupuncture began in 1978 with Dr. Ineon Moon. His advanced training in Traditional Chinese Medicine was done with Dr. Tsao in Taipei, Taiwan. His internship in acupuncture was done at Tri-Service Military Hospital, Taipei, Taiwan. He and his wife Iva currently practice acupuncture and teach Chinese martial arts at their clinic in Plano, TX.
