The book details the murders aboard the fishing vessel Investor. This is the largest unsolved mass murder in Alaska State history. Eight people were slaughtered, including two small children and the Captians pregnant wife. The State failed to prove beyond a reasonable doubt that their suspect was guilty. The author was personaly involved with the case from the beginning.
