by C. J. Brookes (Author), Michael A. Ferenz (Author)

These are tales of Arthur from his homeland in the north where his deeds of valor echo among his people like the hiss of the draconarius over the charge. Wherever the Gododdin do battle, they bring ravens to feast for Arthur forever rides with them. In this story the kernels of modern Arthurian legends are revealed to a young girl who herself grows up to be renowned and celebrated among the Britons.

Author Biography

Michael Ferenz would gladly give up his day job to follow the historical Arthur into battle. CJ Brookes owns more costumes than clothes and can often be found in another century. Their combined interests in history, literature, military tactics, and travel, plus imagination and a passion for Arthurian research led to collaboration on this work of alternative history.
