Author Biography
Dara Halydier is the president of Abiding Truth Ministry, Inc., a non-profit group dedicated to mentoring, teaching, and training young adults and families about God's Word. She is the author of Practical Proverbs for Younger Students and Practical Proverbs for Older Students. Dara homeschooled her own five boys for 21 years as she supported her husband who was a church administrator. She has taught Bible studies to groups of all ages and has been a MOPS (Mothers of Preschoolers, Inc.) mentor. Dara overcame a past of shame and abuse and physical disabilities and learned to dance before her King. She loves chocolate, walks with her husband, sunsets, and books.
