Author Biography

Peter Chua is associate professor of sociology at San José State University, San José, CA, USA. He has published numerous scholarly studies on U.S. inequalities, human rights, and Third World sociology, conducted first-hand research in India, the Philippines, and Thailand, and presented his research in Spain, Australia, South Africa, and the USA.
