Author Biography
Brandon Earl Bristow resides in California above the snowline near Yosemite National Park with his wife, kids, and of course, their dogs. His writing focuses primarily on the psychological elements and characters living at or near the edge of town, the fringes, where human organization begins to break down. A perennial critic of societies, governments, ego freaks, schools, and organized religions, he leads with hard philosophy, heavy satire, and rapid-fire written recognitions of the more absurd elements haunting EaRtH culture today... and tomorrow. Lamenting the loss of Douglas Adams and other critical thought pioneers, such as Philip K. Dick, Alan Watts, and Terrence McKenna, Bristow has charged himself with the task of weirdo torch bearer. His insistence on referring to his psychedelic tales as "Psychonaut Adventures" outs him publicly as being staunchly "PRO" psychedelia... Can a surfing hippie musician be allowed to worship the virtues of motorcycle maintenance, animal natures, and poem logic in the same breath as vintage cars, ayahuasca, copyright litigation and String Theory? Let's hope so.
