Author Biography
Fernando Lanzer is a senior consultant, coach and facilitator in leadership and organization development. As a Human Resources executive for over 28 years, he was personally involved in designing and leading O.D. interventions in the companies he was working for, acting as an internal change agent and driving strategic shifts in those companies. As a consultant he has accumulated 12 years of experience with client companies from different industries, mostly on Executive Education and Cross-Cultural Management programs. He has earned a reputation for providing practical, tailor-made interventions co-designed with his clients. He sometimes works in partnership with educational institutions. He has partnered with Exeter University and Imperial College in the United Kingdom, and with Fundação Dom Cabral and Escola de Marketing Industrial in Brazil. Fernando is a chartered Psychologist and holds a Post Graduate degree in Organization Development from the Federal University of Rio Grande do Sul, in Brazil. He was Chairman of the Supervisory Group of AIESEC International (Rotterdam, NL) and a member of that SG for ten years until 2014. AIESEC is the world's largest student exchange organization. Fernando lives in Amstelveen, The Netherlands, and travels frequently to serve his clients all over the world.
