Dr. Michael Stachiw, Ph. D.:
Dr. Stachiw obtained his Ph.D. in food science from Michigan State University with a specialty area of meats and sausages. During his career, he worked on many agricultural and animal-related projects. He was a member of the FFA growing up in San Diego and has had a lifelong passion for our furry friends. Dr. Stachiw is now retired and lives in St. Louis, Missouri.
