Principles For Becoming An Emotionally Intelligent Christian

Biblical EQ uses the Bible and especially the character of Jesus and the apostles - along with the best secular research - to show how we can become "emotionally intelligent" and be both spiritually and emotionally mature human beings.

Biblical EQ will take you on a step-by-step journey through the world of emotional growth and emotional intelligence starting with the most fundamental parts of the human person and working outward.

You will learn how to change your perspectives, your beliefs, thoughts and intents of the heart, manage your physical reactions to emotions, control stress, have faith and mastery in life and how to grow in love, social skills and Christian leadership.

Written by an experienced field-missionary to help colleagues who were under stress Biblical EQ is a unique and invaluable guide to personal growth and mature Christian leadership. It is suitable for advanced bible classes, leadership training seminars and seminary subjects.
