Danni Sparks is a children's book writer. She is a mom by day and a writer by night. When she was a child, she always had trouble sleeping and was also afraid of the dark. Her inspiration was the moon and how bright it is at night. The only way she could sleep at night when she was a child was because the moon would shine through her window at night. It was her light in the darkness. And that's where she got her inspiration so every child knows that the moon will always be there when it's dark and be their light as it was for her.
