A wide range of sharp-witted pals is more than willing to offer assistance with their endeavors. Preparation, a can-do attitude, and a bit of serendipity are themes woven throughout the book. Tyler and Max become more independent with each accomplishment. Children will be receptive to venturing out and exploring new paths. An assembly of colorful photos shows the landmarks they visited and the friends they made. Boarding the Plane with Tyler & Max was written, and all pictures were taken on location during the COVID-19 pandemic in 2020. Our talented photographer was undaunted by the challenge, which almost derailed the book's completion. Gwyn related, "I had to return many times to a venue to get one photo because of all the time constraints and closures. The process was tedious and time-consuming but rewarding in many ways."
