Tattooing was life for Burgess. If he wasn't spending time with family, he was at his tattoo shop, Shifter Ink. Art was what he lived for. It allowed him to drift away from all of his troubles and worries.

After an accident on the job happens scarring Caspian's body he takes to his home on the hill, hiding away from everyone. Everyone looked at him like he was some kind of freak anyway.
