Author Biography
Gundars (Gundy) Kaupins is Department Chair and Professor at Boise State University. He has a Ph.D. in Human Resource Management from Iowa. His publications include over 300 articles in ethics, international HR, and experiential training. He is a champion racewalker and occasionally flies (not racewalks) to Riga, Latvia for conferences. Nancy K. Napier is Executive Director of the Centre for Creativity and Innovation and professor of Strategy at Boise State University. Her most recent book is Insight: Encouraging Aha! Moments for Organizations. She blogs for Psychology Today, works in odd places like Hanoi, Vietnam and Aalborg, Denmark, and will never be a champion racewalker.
