Having been born deaf, Camden now hears because of cochlear implants. He is nervous about transferring to a new school because he knows he will have to explain his ears to the students. When he gets to school, he meets the principal and his new teacher. They are very nice to Camden. The teacher introduces him to his new classmates, and they enjoy learning about his cochlear implants, which allow him to hear. If he wasn't wearing the ears, he would not be able to hear anything. The students end up thinking Camden's super ears are cool.
