Peter Howson is a director of AMR International, London's leading independent Commercial Due Diligence specialists. He has over 25 years of M&A and business development experience in both industry and as an adviser. He has been involved in a wide range of acquisitions - private equity and corporate, domestic and cross border - in a diverse range of markets in both manufacturing and service industries.
