He teams up with a human who writes a saucy blog for vampire enthusiasts and they communicate via mind meld, one of his vampiric skills that lifts his understanding far beyond mortal dogs. The story is told in alternating perspectives between Chulie's first-person (first-dog?) perspective and the blogger's view with excerpts from his blog. Ultimately, they must uncover a dark family secret enmeshed with Chulie's origin story.
