Author Biography
A few years after starting and growing a successful St. Louis tent rental business, Steve Arendt's desire to increase profits propelled him to take a long, hard, realistic look at the industry as a whole. As part of the discovery process, he evaluated and examined the typical productivity and accounting practices of most rental firms and found that having dirty tents had many hidden negative impacts on a tent rental company. For almost 15 years, Steve has been studying ways to improve tent rental companies throughout the world and shares what he has learned in this book. Beyond business, Steve is an active volunteer and board member in his community, has been married for over 20 years, is the proud father of three sons, and makes his home in St. Louis, Missouri.
