This book consists of tried and tested collaborative lesson plans for teacher librarians to use when planning lessons with classroom teachers to use with students in the primary grades. These lessons integrate research skills instruction with curriculum standards in science and social studies. Author Biography
Brenda S. Copeland is an elementary librarian the Palmyra School District of Palmyra, Pennsylvania. She earned her MLS degree from Kutztown University and her BA in Elementary Education at the University of Delaware.
Patricia A. Messner is an elementary media specialist in the Lebanon City School District of Lebanon, Ohio. She earned her Masters of Education degree from Miami University, Oxford, Ohio, and her BA in Elementary Education at Asbury College.
