Helene F. Uhlfelder, PhD., with over thirty years of experience, has consistently helped clients improve performance and successfully managed large -scale change. Her clients include Fortune 500 and midsize companies as well as government and non-profit organizations. Her expertise includes strategy development and execution, organization design, performance measurement and management, leadership development, executive coaching, and integrated change experts. She was an early adopter of whole system approaches that integrate process, technology, and people. She is the author of Advanced Team Skills, Change Management: A Whole System Architecture, and The Leader's Guide to Change Management. Semi-retired, she lives in Norfolk, VA and writes fiction as well as nonfiction.
