Coonie Pie is a true story about an orphaned raccoon being adopted by a family of three with five dogs and a cat and how they interact with each other. It is heart-warming to see how the raccoon is accepted, nurtured, and loved by the animals and the close bond that forms between them. It is a beautiful story of love and acceptance despite obvious differences. Even though she is free to leave whenever she chooses, Coonie Pie is happy and content to remain with the family.
