Many of the recipes have been passed down in ranch families for generations. To top it off, the book has been updated with a new chapter on crockpot cooking, and sprinkled with 40 photos shot at some of Arizona's most prominent ranches over the past ten years.

Author Biography

Kathy McCraine is an Arizona rancher, photographer and writer. She has published four other cookbooks focused on the southwest ranching heritage, and is a frequent contributor to Western Horseman magazine, among others.
