Author Biography

Patty lives in Atlanta and has been playing bridge since age 11. She began teaching bridge full time in 1996 and has become one of the ACBL's best-known teachers. Patty believes that it is important for students to know and understand the logic of bridge. She was inducted into the Georgia Bridge Hall of Fame, selected ACBL Honorary Member in 2016 and was the 2011 ACBL Goodwill Member of the Year. In addition to holding the rank of the American Bridge Teacher Association (ABTA) Master Teacher, she is a Grand Life Master and a past president of the ABTA.
