How many times do we as adults say, "Do as I say, not as a I do?" When asked by colleagues to write a children's book with a healthy eating message the author recalled a time when her son (then aged five) craved the sweets from the adult Sunday school room. The result was a humorous book illustrating a child's view of the "rules" we often impose on them.
