by Rashid Faisal (Author)

Daddy's Reminders: A Black Father's Message to His Daughter is written to inspire African-American men to become better fathers, most especially to their daughters. The book is written as a collection of core values to strengthen family bonds and to provide them with a moral compass to navigate today's world. Through a series of letters to his daughter, Principal Rashid Faisal shares spiritual advice taken from the Bible and moral anecdotes from African American history. He takes a common sense approach to sharing how fathers can shape the moral lives of their daughters.
